*Schedule is illustrative; practice dates and locations TBD. Truckers will be expected to run a weekly track workout in addition to conducting other fitness work outside of practice. Each week will also have a particular throwing emphasis that Truckers are responsible for practicing on their own. Practice times and locations will depend on field availability, but will ideally be Saturday morning (10-1) and Sunday evening (4-7) and will be split between DC and Baltimore.
